It won't be Obama/Edwards
- Edwards’ endorsement came too late in the game to carry a lot of bargaining power, so I don’t think the endorsement was bought with the VP carrot. Edwards might still be able to swing attorney general—but mostly because it’s a good fit for him.
- Edwards has already been a running mate. It didn’t go well, and by all reports he never really stopped running for President.
- I think the Obama/Edwards ticket would look really, really young.
