If you’re going to speak hard truths that nobody wants to hear, accuracy is extremely important. If you’re outside the mainstream, people will use any inaccuracy as an excuse to write off anything you say. Take a second to get your numbers right. Speaking truth to power is only admirable when you’re actually speaking the truth.
