The ACA represents a compromise combination of the most well-respected ideas and research in healthcare policy over the last fifteen years. You will recognize every damn thing in that bill if you have been reading Health Affairs or even JAMA. As a counter to that, the “reforms” and ideologies being pushed by the GOP get pretty much zero credence out of bullshitters bullshitting in bullshit places like NRO and fucking Reason magazine or wherever these “economists” who don’t know fuck about healthcare hang out.
